~  The day will begin with our own private yoga class given by none other than Siri Sat Nam, one of the yoga instructors from Hollywood's famous Swerve Studio.

   Siri Sat Nam is a Master yoga teacher. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and the U.S. , he is recognized internationally for his dynamic lectures on Eastern philosophies. His workshops incorporate a combination of exercises and activities to "elevate and inspire in an effective and artisitic manner."

~  This will be followed by a 3 hour session with Shawn Hunt, an amazing Fitness and Nutrition expert as well as former Olympic athlete and weight lifting champion. He is cofounder of Step by Step Nutrition.

    Leo's background includes training with Avery Schreiber, one of the Second City Chicago original members who helped form the Viola Spolin techniques still taught at Second City and Groundlings. Leo will combine this experience with his extensive theatre work to lead us in creative improv games. Good improv skills are crucial for an actor in Hollywood.
